我在附中的24小時（一）

        師大的最後一個學期，我們有一個月的時間要到師大附中班級裡教學，對於我來說，同時有未修完的教育學分、校外12學分學程、以及志工服務工作還有不能少的玩樂，這一個月我只希望有效率的快速度過，像我完美完成其他事情一樣，但是因為時間關係接下了英語資優班，我開始緊張要重新規劃的課程，所謂英語資優的學生到底需要怎樣的訓練，而初出學校的我，一個菜鳥老師，要怎麼樣跟這群學生互動，時間愈是接近，我就愈無法入眠，看過了他們班老師的教學方式，一種把文字還有文法進階分析的教法，我ㄧ方面覺得自己不會做的很好，二方面感覺班上英文課的氣氛似乎太平靜，也跟我的性格不合，百般思索後，我決定先列一張課程大綱。
　　再次翻開Brown的教學聖經，我第一次如此崇敬的拜讀著關於教學進階者的篇章，一邊打出如大學課堂裡的大綱，我心想自己這次真的要卯起來利用有限的時間做到最好，我的課程介紹這樣寫著:
在我一個月的試教中，我希望你們可以學習自主學習，對其更負責任，並學習如何與其他同學學習，我在這個課堂中的角色比較像是一個輔導者，而不是一個老師。你們每一堂課都要發言，而當然你們的努力會反應在這個月的成績評量裡（李老師授權我這樣做），語言是用來溝通的，只要有配合的精神，我相信你們一定會有一個不一樣的英文學習經驗。（希望會是一個好的經驗）前一個晚上我整夜沒睡（怎麼我一緊張都要整夜不睡@@），準備好我第一堂課要上的資料，我踏進附中的校門，以一個實習老師的身分。

Introduction
In my one-month teaching practice, I hope you can learn about your own learning, to take increasing responsibility for it, and learn how to learn from one another. My role in this class will be more like a counselor instead of a teacher. You are required to speak up in every class. Of course your efforts will reflect on your final grade. (This is authorized by Ms. Lee!) Language is for communication. With a spirit of cooperation, I believe you will have a different experience of learning English. (Hopefully, it is a good one.)
Class Rule: English Only!
English News Report: Everyday we will have one classmate share one piece of English headline with the class in five minutes.
